Our History
In Greek Mythology, the Muses are a sisterhood of nine goddesses who embody the arts and INSPIRE the creation process with their graces through remembered and improvised song and stage, writing, traditional music, and dance.
Being an inspiration for many artists to perform and having a venue for artists to spread their wings, The Muse hopes to be a part of the Arts and Entertainment Culture here in the Greater Lafayette area.
Through Comedy, Fashion, Talent Competitions, Live Music, Poetry, Theatre, International Cultural Events, Dance and Interactive Entertainment, The Muse will continue to strive to bring the arts, entertainment, and culture in this wonderful town we call home to a much higher level of excellence.

The Muse is a venue contemporary in ambiance and versatile enough to house the most elegant events. Through a well-knowledgeable staff and encompassing the arts, entertainment, and culture, The Muse is capable of holding the most unique and specialized event. Through state of the art lighting and sound equipment, as well as a complete inventory of merchandise on hand, clients will be pleased to find a convenient yet customized event planning process.

The Facility
Located in the middle of historic Greater Lafayette, The Muse Event Venue is contemporary in ambiance and versatile enough to house the most elegant events. Whether hosting a meeting for 20 or a reception for up to 475, the design of the event space exudes exclusivity and makes every event unique. A sophisticated and tiered catering menu is customized at every event utilizing different restaurants in the Greater Lafayette and West Lafayette area.
